Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

Return Request

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

Refund Options

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Cancellation Policy
